Ham and Vegetable Rice Ball

The rice is simmered ahead of time and placed to warm

Wash peas and carrots; cut carrots and ham into small pieces, cut seaweed into small pieces; add salt to the eggs and stir well with cooking wine

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the egg liquid, fry over medium-low heat until golden brown, serve

Tips:
1. To cook rice balls, you can use either freshly cooked warm rice or cold leftover rice, depending on your convenience.
2. There is no fixed pattern for the ingredients for making rice balls. You can replace or increase or decrease them according to your family's likes and tastes.
3. For the ingredients used in the rice balls, I prefer the oil cut off. If you find it troublesome, you can cut it and wrap it directly.
4. Adding salt, vinegar and sesame oil can make the rice balls taste better; in addition, white vinegar also has a sterilization effect, while sesame oil can make the rice better.
