Ham Pie

1. To prepare the flour, put the yeast, salt, and sugar in the flour. Note: Sugar and salt should not be in direct contact with yeast.

2. Knead the noodles with warm water and keep stirring with chopsticks

3. Knead into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap or a damp cloth, and leave it in the oven for about 30 minutes

4. Ferment to 1.5 times the size

5. Take out the dough, sprinkle a little dry flour, and knead it to its original size. Divide into three parts

6. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a slightly thin rectangle

7. Stir the sesame paste with salt and apply it on the dough

8. Ham sausage cut into small cubes

9. Sprinkle on the dough

10. Fold the left end inward

11. Continue to fold, pressing out the excess air with your hands. Press the upper and lower ends to prevent revealing the stuffing

12. Heat a pan on low heat and pour a little oil.

13. Add the pie and fry on low heat until golden on both sides

14. All three prepared pie, taste it while it’s hot

Tips:

Ham sausage can also be replaced with other materials to make this type of pie. delicious.
