Ham Pizza

Frozen pizza dough 225 g. Filling: 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce, 80 g shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 green pepper, half red pepper, 1/4 onion, moderate amount of ham

Move the frozen dough from the freezer compartment to the refrigerator compartment to thaw. After thawing, let it return to room temperature for half an hour, knead it and round it, and press it into a cake with a thin middle and thick edges.

Form an 8-inch pie crust, put it in a baking tray, use a fork to make a few small holes, grease it, and let it rise for 20 minutes

Dice ham, onion, green and red pepper. Spread pizza sauce on the proofed crust, sprinkle with mozzarella, and sprinkle with diced ham

Tips:
If there is no frozen dough, you can make the crust according to the dough ingredients. There is no pizza sauce. You can use tomato sauce instead of vegetables with too much water. Do not put too much, so as to avoid too much water
