Ham Rolls
1.
High-gluten flour, salt, whole egg liquid, milk, water, and white sugar are all put into the bread bucket
2.
Put the yeast into the yeast inlet. Knead the dumpling dough, knead the bread dough after kneading, and put the butter before fermentation
3.
Take it out after fermentation and roll it into a rectangle. Brush with salad dressing
4.
Add diced ham and roll it up
5.
Cut into pieces, put in a baking pan covered with tarp, and cover with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation
6.
After being fermented twice as large, brush with whole egg mixture and bake in the middle of the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
Tips:
If you don't have a bread machine, just knead the dough by hand, be prepared for sore hands, and knead until you can pull out the film.
