Ham Sausage Buns

1g baking powder + 150ml warm water + half a spoon of sugar, stir well, pour the flour, pour the warm water while stirring the flour into a floc, knead it into a smooth dough and ferment in a warm place until it is twice as large (the recipe for shredded radish is written).

Cut a ham sausage into 4 pieces, beat the eggs and spread them into egg skins.
