Ham Stewed Yam
1.
Tick off the meat from the big bones of the ham, cut them into pieces, and chop the big bones in half. It can also be stewed directly with an appropriate amount of ham meat cut into pieces. The cut ham is cooked in water for 3-5 minutes to remove the salty and ham flavor.
2.
Put the boiled ham in a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, more water, do not add salt, it is already very salty, add a piece of ginger, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes after SAIC, peel the yam and cut into pieces for later use. Note that the yam should be soaked in water, or it should not turn black.
3.
After the ham has been simmered for 15 minutes, add the yam, and simmer for 10 minutes after the SAIC, and you can start! If the soup is saltier, you can also use it for cooking.
