Ham Tofu

Dice ham and tofu, cut leek into sections

Choose a pan, add oil, heat, pour in tofu, add a little salt, and fry until slightly yellow.

Tips:
Put the leek heads into the fry first, and then add the leek leaves soon after they are out of the pan, so that the color will look good.
