Hamster Puffs

Put the milk, butter, sugar and salt into the milk pan.

There are 105 grams of beaten 2 eggs (there is a little bit left and not used up).

Sift the low-gluten flour in advance.

Put the milk pan on the stove and heat it to a boil (don't boil the butter yet hasn't melted).

After the milk pan is off the heat, quickly pour the low powder into it.

Mix well into hot noodles.

Continue to heat up on the stove, and keep stirring with a spatula. A film will appear on the bottom of the pot, and the milk pot will be off the fire (the flour is all cooked).

Let cool slightly and pour 1/3 of the egg mixture.

It can be out of the oven until the skin is this color (must be baked in place or the puff will collapse after it is out of the oven). Remember: Do not open the oven door in the middle.

Successful puffs are hollow and can squeeze a lot of cream.

Whip the whipped cream over ice water with a low grade.
