Hand Cake

Put 2 tablespoons of flour into a bowl, heat the peanut oil and pour it into the flour while it is hot and stir to form a shortbread, cool and set aside

Blanch the flour with boiling water, slowly add in cold water and stir evenly

Knead into a smooth dough

Tips:
You can make more crepes and put them in the refrigerator. When you want to eat them, take them out and thaw them into the pan and fry them until they are cooked.
