Hand Cake

Wash the lettuce, drain the water and set aside, wash and slice the tomatoes, cut the cucumber into strips, and cut the ham in half.

When the pot is red, do not put any oil, lettuce is blanched in a hot pot, [Lettuce is used to eat raw, you don’t need to blanch lettuce]

Put the ham in a frying pan and fry it.

Heat the pan, place your hands directly in the pan and bake it on a low heat [no need to put oil and salt]

After the two sides are browned, squeeze it with a spatula until fluffy.

Sprinkle the egg on the hand cake, press it with a spatula to make the egg completely adhere to the hand cake. After the egg is cooked, turn it over and heat for a few minutes to get out of the pan. The side with the egg is facing up. Taste, put lettuce, ham, tomato and cucumber [if you like spicy flavor, you can add chopped pepper]
