The butter is softened and beaten with salt and sugar.

Sift in low powder

Live into smooth dough

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes

Roll out and cut.

Put in the baking tray

Bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes. The color is just fine. Mine is a bit over-cooked, and the color is darker.

Use an edible pencil to compose the picture
