Making hand-rolled noodles for the first time

Hand-rolled Noodles with Spinach

1. Add a little cornmeal to the flour and mix well.

2. Spinach juice.

3. The spinach juice is gradually poured into the noodles and stirred into a flocculent shape.

4. And into the dough for half an hour.

5. Knead the noodles again, divide them into two portions, knead them into round cakes, and roll them into large slices.

6. Sprinkle cornmeal and roll it up.

7. Cut into noodles.

Tips:

The first time I did it, it wasn't very successful~ the noodles became soft. Remember: the noodles must be hard. Other reasons remain to be considered.
