Hand-rolled Noodles with Spinach

Add a little cornmeal to the flour and mix well.

Spinach juice.

The spinach juice is gradually poured into the noodles and stirred into a flocculent shape.

And into the dough for half an hour.

Knead the noodles again, divide them into two portions, knead them into round cakes, and roll them into large slices.

Sprinkle cornmeal and roll it up.

Cut into noodles.

Disperse and sprinkle with cornmeal.

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Carrot slices, wash the radish vegetables.

Put oil in the wok, heat the oil, put the onion, ginger and garlic and fry for a while.

Tips:
The first time I did it, it wasn't very successful~ the noodles became soft. Remember: the noodles must be hard. Other reasons remain to be considered.
