Handmade Bun

Add sugar to the flour, mix the yeast powder with water, then pour it into the flour, stir and knead it into a dough. The dough should be sealed. Leave to ferment for about 90 minutes in a warm place. The fermented dough has honeycombs.

Pour out the fermented dough, kneading the dough is exhausted. Then relax for about 10 minutes. Cut open to see if there are bubbles in the dough, which proves that the dough is relaxed.

Divide into noodles of the same size for later use.

A noodle embryo is rolled into a thick noodle and divided into six or four equal parts, which are the petals.

Press the pattern on each petal, which can be made with a fork or other tools.

After the previous step is completed, we pinch the tip of the petal to make it more like a petal.

Make all the flower buns one by one. The center of the petals should be filled with preserved fruit. Put it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
