Handmade Floret Bread

Weigh all the ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients in the main ingredient menu. (Don't put the butter)

Make a uniform dough by hand and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Add the softened butter and continue to knead the dough by hand. Knead for 40 minutes. It's so hard.

Rub out the fascia. Although it is not as good as the dough mixer, I really tried my best.

Ferment to double the size.

Vent the dough. Then divide into two small doughs of 70, 60, 40, and 20 grams, and relax for 10 minutes.

Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a round piece, and gently press out 6 pieces with a knife.

Cut the first cut, and then cut along the marked mark, do not cut.

Then fold it in the opposite direction, forming a hexagon.

Put it in the baking tray and carry out the second fermentation.

The fermented bread dough is brushed with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkled with a layer of watermelon seeds.

Preheat the oven 180°, the upper and lower fire, the middle level. It takes about 12 minutes.
