Handmade Milk Flavored Sugar Bag
1.
Prepared:
1. 500 grams of white flour;
2. 3 grams of yeast powder (use warm water about 35 degrees to melt and use);
3. 100 ml of pure milk;
4. Appropriate amount of sugar (mainly used to make fillings, so this amount should be based on personal preference, if you like sweets, put more)
2.
Pour the refined yeast water into the white flour and stir, then slowly add pure milk, a small amount of cool boiled water, knead the dough, add a small amount of water, not too much at a time.
3.
Knead the dough until it becomes a dough for about 8 minutes.
4.
Cover the kneaded dough with a towel and wait for the first fermentation, usually ranging from 60 to 120 (depending on the weather temperature at the time, the weather is basically one hour warmer). Today I waited for 2 hours, and the effect is better than before.
5.
This is the fermented dough, about twice the size of the dough that was kneaded at the time. The dough must be well fermented, or the buns are not soft in the mouth. If you are not sure whether the dough has fermented well, you can unplug the dough and check it. If the inside looks like a honeycomb, it's OK.
6.
Prepare 2 tablespoons of white flour and sugar and stir to make fillings. The stuffing made in this way will not encounter high temperature white saccharified water because the buns are steamed at the end.
7.
Divide the dough into N small portions, the size of each portion should be held by one hand without leakage.
8.
Flatten the dough
9.
Put the prepared flour and white powder filling into it.
10.
Pinch the four sides of the round dough.
11.
Pinch into shape as shown in the figure.
12.
After wrapping, let stand and wait for the second fermentation, about 30 minutes.
13.
The buns after the second fermentation have smooth and delicate skin.
14.
Put the second fermented buns in a steamer and steam them on high heat for 15 minutes.
15.
Freshly baked milky white sugar packets.
Tips:
To make steamed buns, we must make good noodles, and two fermentations must be done.
The freshly made buns, the little girl from the neighbor’s kindergarten downstairs came to play after school, and ate three at one go. As a big one, I only ate three. I was really convinced.
