There are so many varieties of bread now, but my favorite is the old-fashioned bread. The classic taste is not enough for the buns in my life. There is a piece of dough left just to make a natural fermented handmade old bread. Leverage drop

Handmade Old Bread

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. .

The old noodles are torn into pieces and placed in a container

3. Add bread flour, sugar and salt, and the salt and sugar should be separated

4. Dig a hole in the middle and put the yeast powder

5. Stir the milk and egg liquid

6.
Add butter after mixing into a dough

7. Knead out the glove film, old bread is especially easy to be filmed, I knead it for less than 15 minutes

8. Ferment in a warm place to double the size

9. Divide into small portions

10. Knead a piece of dough in opposite directions with both hands

11. After letting go, I twisted myself into twists

12. After shaping, put it on the baking tray and wait for it to ferment again

13. Fermented to twice the size, brush with egg liquid, and preheat the oven at the same time

14. 170 degrees 20 minutes

15. After baking, brush a layer of butter (liquid) while it is still hot

16. The inside of the finished product is very good, you can tear it into it by hand

Tips: Usually you want to eat old bread and you don’t have leftover steamed bun dough. You have to send a piece of dough separately. The baking temperature depends on your own oven.
