Hang Chili Spicy Chicken

Ingredients: chicken thigh, hang pepper, red pepper, sesame.
Seasoning: salt, soy sauce, white sugar, cooking wine, sesame oil, dried starch, water starch, chopped green onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, edible oil.
