Hanging Frosted Peanuts

Weigh the required raw materials

Put the peanuts in the pot (without pouring the oil) and sauté the peanuts over low heat

Stir fry until the peanuts crackle

Put the sugar and water into a pot and slowly simmer on a low fire. Use a wooden spatula to stir in one direction until all the syrup has thick white bubbles.

Pour in the cooked peanuts and mix quickly with a wooden spatula

Use a strainer to evenly sprinkle cooked starch on the peanuts covered with syrup and turn off the heat (the starch should be cooked in the microwave in advance)
7.
Stir quickly and evenly
Tips:
Before using the starch, bite it in a microwave oven on medium heat for 2 minutes (to remove the cornstarch flavor).
