Hangzhou Cabbage Fried Gluten with Oil

1. Wash the Hangzhou cabbage and cut into pieces.

2. Rinse oily gluten with clean water.

3. Put oil in the pot and stir fry the cabbage.

4. Stir-fry until the cabbage is discolored and soft, then add oily gluten.
