Simple and quick, with a little chili added, it's very delicious!

Spicy Stir-fried Hangzhou Cabbage

1. Wash 2 hang cabbage stalks and cut into small pieces for later use

2. Add appropriate amount of oil to the hot pan, add dried chilies and stir fry to get a chili flavor

3. Add the chopped Hangzhou cabbage

4. Stir-fry until it shrinks significantly, add some salt

5. Continue to stir fry, stir-fry the cabbage, and finally add an appropriate amount of chicken essence or monosodium glutamate according to your taste

Tips:

My family doesn't eat chicken essence and MSG, so I don't put it in the dishes. The owners can add them appropriately according to their own taste!
