Happy Weekend Sharing-assorted Pizza
1.
Prepare the materials required on the picture (the yeast dough is made first, without the picture, it is high-gluten flour, yeast, salt, warm water and noodles, knead the dough, add butter and continue to knead it into a smooth dough for fermentation)
2.
I was a little confused that day. After I finished shooting one, I forgot to shoot together what I needed. This is still the required material, so make up! (The shrimps I use are shelled, so I need to use boiling water to peel off the shells)
3.
First roll the fermented dough into a round crust, put it in an 8-inch baking pan, fold the periphery of the dough inward, and use a toothpick to evenly poke small holes on the surface of the crust, set aside for later use.
4.
Next, make the pizza sauce. Dice the lean meat, onions, shallots, garlic, and tomatoes.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, and sauté the dried shallots and garlic until fragrant.
6.
Add onions, tomatoes, and lean meat and fry together (the onions are a bit too much this time, it should be a half of the tomatoes).
7.
Add salt, light soy sauce, black pepper, abalone juice, tomato juice and stir-fry for a while, add a little boiling water and cook over high heat (if you like spicy, you can add some chili sauce).
8.
Boil the tomatoes and onions a bit, and boil the water dry. This is the pizza sauce. At this time, preheat the oven at 150 degrees for ten minutes.
9.
Spread the cooked pizza sauce evenly on the crust
10.
Pour shredded mozzarella cheese and spread a layer on the pizza sauce (hey, some are crushed by hand, so... the shape of the cheese is a bit ugly).
11.
Cut corn, sausages, peas, carrots, shrimps, green peppers, and red peppers and spread them evenly. Finally, put some cheese on the surface and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
