Hara, A Classic Bread with Honey Added

Stir honey and milk first, then add all other ingredients

Choose a baking program

Turn off the program in the last few minutes, let the dough rise freely, press it with your fingers when it is twice as big

Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 15 minutes

Tips:
The honey used in Hara bread is fermented. Don’t put too much honey to cause over-fermentation.
