Hawaiian Pizza

All the dough materials except butter are put in the bread bucket to start the dough mixing program, and you can also use your hands and dough.

Mix into a smooth dough, add butter and knead it well.

Put the mixed dough into the container lid and proof it twice as large.

Knead the proofed dough to exhaust air.

Roll out the dough into a pancake and place it on the pizza pan. Use a fork to pierce the dough to prevent it from bulging during baking. Wake up for ten minutes.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for five minutes.

Spread a layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle a layer of cheese. I put less cheese because I don’t have much cheese.

This is prepared in advance. Cut the pineapple into long strips and marinate in sugar for ten minutes. Stir-fry the excess water in the pan, and fry the bacon in the pan.

Put bacon and pineapple on top.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese, thick cheese is more delicious.

Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 200° for about 15 minutes.

Tips:
It tastes better if you add a little more cheese, and it's beautiful, but I didn't have much cheese, so I barely made a pizza.
