Hawthorn Fry

Soak the fungus in advance.

Pick and wash lotus root, snow peas, and carrots.
3.
Cut the lotus root into slices and put it in the water.
4.
Cut carrots into slices and mince garlic.
5.
Add salt, sugar, and sugar to the bowl and stir to form a bowl of juice.

Boil the lotus root in a boiling pot and remove it to drain.

Blanch the snow peas in the boiling pot and remove the water to drain.

The lotus root, snow peas, and fungus are fried in a pot.

Pour the juice into the bowl.

Tips:
1. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy color and flavor to this dish.
2. After the lotus root is sliced, put it in water to avoid oxidation.
