Tender lotus roots are peeled and cut into slices, water chestnuts are peeled to get the flesh, and the lotus seedlings are broadcasted

Wash snow peas, cut into small pieces, cut carrots into slices, cored lotus seeds, and cut water chestnuts into pieces
