Hawthorn Fry

Soak lotus root slices in water.

The fungus is soaked in cold water.

Remove the gluten of snow peas and slice carrots.

Bring the water to a boil, add the lotus root to a boil, and pick it up.

Carrots, snow peas, and fungus are cooked for a minute and scooped up.

Heat oil in the pan.

Tips:
After the lotus root is sliced and soaked in water, the starch in the lotus root can be washed away, and it will not stick to the pot when it is fried. Snow peas must be cooked before they can be eaten.
