Hazel mushroom is one of the unique mountain treasures in Northeast China. It is more than ten times that of ordinary vegetables and is listed by some developed countries. It is a kind of food. Hazel mushrooms are not only edible, but also medicinal. Hazel Mushroom Fried Pork

1. Ingredients: Hazel mushrooms soaked in water

2. Boil the soaked hazel mushrooms in water

3. Put the oil in the hot pan, add the pork and stir fry

4. Add green onion, ginger and garlic to burst the fragrance

5. Stir fry until the meat changes color

6. Add hazel mushrooms and stir fry

7. Put in soy sauce

8. Add carrot slices and stir fry a few times

9. Add a pinch of salt and stir well

Tips:

The hazel mushrooms should be blanched a little longer, so they should be blanched thoroughly.
