Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

I chopped the whole chicken into small pieces. I chopped the chicken into half a pot. It only took one third. The rest was divided into two fresh-keeping bags and put in the refrigerator. I will eat it next time;

Put water in the pot, put the chicken in the pot, boil under cold water, and remove the blood foam;

Prepare mushrooms at this time. I used dried mushrooms, which were given by my friend. They are relatively small, but they are quite delicious. Wash it several times in clean water to remove impurities;

The washed mushrooms are squeezed out of water and set aside for later use;

When the chicken has been cooked for about 40 minutes, put the mushrooms in, add some salt, and continue to simmer for about 20 minutes;

For a total of about an hour, the chicken was soft and rotten, very tasty, and the soup was almost collected. Open the lid to collect the juice. You can also put two rock sugars to taste, or leave it alone. Then you can put it out of the pot. ;

Many mushrooms can be used to make this dish, such as shiitake mushrooms, tea tree mushrooms, and hazel mushrooms. I personally like hazel mushrooms stewed chicken. It is best to choose free-range chicken at home. The meat is good and tastes good, and it is relatively nutritious. Be richer, and those chickens that grow up on the feed are not good to make. If we go back to our hometown, my mother will also go to meet the chicken farmers who raised free-range chickens for us to make this dish for us. If there is a pot, it will be more delicious.
Tips:
It is best to make chicken stewed mushrooms with a thick iron pan, which is resistant to stir-frying and long-lasting stew, suitable for stews!
