Hazel Mushroom Meat Sauce

Hazel mushrooms are soaked in water in advance, several times after soaking, dry the water and chop finely;

Tips:
The process of frying the sauce must be low for about 20 minutes. During this time, stir fry continuously to avoid mashing the pot.
