Head Bean Soup

After the fish head is cleaned, the gills and teeth are removed and cut into pieces for later use.

Clean the coriander and slice the ginger for later use.

Put an appropriate amount of water and ginger slices in the pot. After the water is boiled, put the whole tofu into the boiling water.

Add the fish head and pepper in turn. Some people like to fry the fish heads before boiling the soup, but I am afraid of getting hot, so I put them directly in the pot. After the water is boiled for ten minutes, if you think the tofu is big, use chopsticks to cut the tofu into small pieces, then add coriander, salt, peanut oil and cooking wine to make a delicious fish head tofu soup.
Tips:
The cooking wine is only put in when the pot is started.
