Headless Shrimp Kelp Knot

Ingredients: kelp knot (soaked and washed)

Fresh prawns (head and prawns have been removed for cleaning)

Sliced ginger

Knot the kelp into boiling water, blanch it, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Next, add the headless shrimp and stir fry with some cooking wine.
7.
Then, add the blanched kelp knot and stir fry.
8.
Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
