Health Brown Sugar Hair Cake

Steamed brown sugar rice cake.

Prepare the ingredients, 350g flour, 66g brown sugar, 60g red sugar, 4g yeast, and 230ml warm water.

Mix brown sugar and red granulated sugar into the container, add 150ml of warm water, and stir evenly until the sugar melts.

Ferment in a warm place for about 40 minutes, and ferment to 1 to 2 times the size.

Tips:
1. Brown sugar and red granulated sugar in the ingredients can all be made with brown sugar.
2. The flour in the ingredients can be made with ordinary flour at home.
3. It is recommended that the temperature of the fermented dough be below 38 degrees and the humidity is 65%. Fermentation can be carried out in a steamer. Put warm water underneath, put the hair cake in it, and cover it to ferment.
