Health Food ~ Goji Berry and Red Bean Paste Bread
1.
Prepare the required raw materials.
2.
Divide the jujube-flavored red bean paste into equal parts of appropriate size, and knead them into rounds and set aside.
3.
Add 140 grams of water to the wolfberry, and use a food processor to beat into a fine slurry without filtering the fine residue.
4.
Except corn oil, mix all the main ingredients and add the wolfberry pulp and knead to form a dough.
5.
After kneading the dough until it is strong, add corn oil three times and continue to knead the dough until it expands.
6.
Continue to knead until the film comes out, the small dots on the top are medlar slag. (Because it is hand-kneaded noodles, my strength is small, so the film is not satisfactory, please ignore)
7.
The kneaded dough is rounded and placed in a basin and covered, and fermented at room temperature to double its size.
8.
After the fermentation is complete, take out the dough, flatten, vent, knead again, divide into eight equal parts, round and relax for ten minutes.
9.
Take a portion of the dough, flatten it and roll it out.
10.
Put the red bean paste filling in the heart wrap and close the mouth tightly.
11.
Put the wrapped green body down on the table.
12.
Slightly squash and roll it out gently, using a knife to make eight cuts. Do not cut through the underside when you start the knife. When you reach the edge, pull it out with a knife to make the edge break.
13.
Make all the green bread in turn and arrange them into the baking tray, put a cup of boiling water in the oven, and then put the baking tray with the greens in the baking tray for secondary fermentation.
14.
After the fermentation is completed, take out the baking tray, brush with honey water on the green body and sprinkle a little black and white sesame seeds for decoration. Preheat the oven in advance: 170 degrees for 12 minutes. (Honey and water are 1:2, if water is changed to olive oil, it is 1:1)
