Health Soup Pot: Bamboo Cane, Grass Root and Carrot Soup

Wash all kinds of materials.

Peel the carrots and cut into pieces, and cut the roots short.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the pork bones.

Pick up and rinse.

Put the above ingredients together with ginger into a high fire and boil it on a low fire for 2 hours. Add salt to taste when drinking.
Tips:
1. Fresh sugarcane is hard in texture and milky white in its flesh. If it is light brown or reddish brown, and smells of vinasse, it is moldy and inedible, otherwise it may cause poisoning.
2. Root is the rhizome of Imperata cylindrica. Its effect is to clear away heat and promote fluid, cool blood and stop bleeding.
