Health Spare Ribs Soup

Cut the ribs into sections, add some ginger and cooking wine to remove the fishy;

Pot under cold water, then open fire to blanch the blood;
3.
Prepare red dates, polygonatum, ginseng, dangshen, lily, Beiqi, yam and Xinhui tangerine peel, wash and drain;
4.
Put the blanched ribs in the pot, then wash the prepared herbs;
5.
Add proper amount of boiling water and boil for about 2 hours;
6.
Just add salt to taste when you eat!
