Ingredients

Health Tofu

1. According to the person who prepares the right amount of vegetables, cut the tofu into small cubes

2. Peas cooked in water

3. 2 teaspoons of starch, a small amount of monosodium glutamate, add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly

4. Stir-fry the pea tips with 1 tablespoon of oil (if you don’t have pea tips, you can use lettuce, cabbage and other green vegetables instead) without adding salt

5. Plate

6. Stir-fry tofu with 1 tablespoon oil, salt to taste, then add cooked peas

7. Add the prepared starch water, mix well and you can start the pot
