Healthy Afternoon Tea~pumpkin Sesame Biscuit~purple Potato Sesame Biscuit

Cut pumpkin and purple sweet potato into thin slices, steam them on a tray or microwave for 10 minutes, add sugar while hot and stir into puree.

Pumpkin puree and purple potato puree are mixed with appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and flour respectively. If the purple potato puree is dry, you can add a small amount of milk, stir evenly and knead it into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into small pieces of moderate size, press it into your favorite shape with your hands or a mold, and dip white sesame seeds on both sides.

Heat oil in a pan, add sesame cakes and fry them over low heat.
