Healthy and Delicious Smoke-free Barbecue-casserole Grilled Ribs
1.
Place the tin foil under the grill and circle a cylindrical shape along the edge of the grill to make it easy to form in the casserole. (Do not wash the new casserole, wipe it with a wrung out wet towel, and use it directly for grilling.)
2.
Put the grill in the casserole (if the grill is high, you can bend the legs of the grill).
3.
Put the tin foil on the grill, preferably in two layers, to prevent water from leaking into the casserole and staining the casserole.
4.
Wash the ribs and put them in a small bowl with seasonings. (Barbecue sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce)
5.
Mix the ribs and seasonings and put them in a fresh-keeping bag. Seal the fresh-keeping bag (marinate for more than 12 hours).
6.
Put the marinated ribs on tin foil.
7.
Put the lid on and prepare to grill the ribs.
8.
Start the fire for 40 minutes, in which the ribs are turned over every 20 minutes or so.
9.
Turn the ribs over, brush them with barbecue sauce and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Then close the lid and continue roasting.
10.
After roasting for 40 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 12 minutes (let the ribs cook thoroughly under the remaining temperature of the casserole.)

Tips:
1. After turning off the fire, use the remaining temperature of the casserole to simmer, one is to save energy, and the other is to make full use of the far-infrared heating function of the casserole to make the pork ribs crispy, rich in bone flavor, and delicious.
2. The casserole used for barbecue must be a dry casserole, which cannot be washed or soaked in water. It is best to use a special pot. The casserole used for grilling never touches water; the casserole that touches water is never used for grilling.
