Healthy and Nutritious Happy Breakfast--yogurt Pie
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Put flour, whole grains, baking soda, cornstarch and eggs together.
3.
Then add yogurt and mix.
4.
Stir in one direction evenly.
5.
Strain the paste again so that there are no gnocchi.
6.
Prepare a spoon.
7.
After the nonstick pan is heated, scoop a spoonful into the pan.
8.
Heat on a small fire until small bubbles appear on the surface.
9.
Add some raisins.
10.
Then turn it over and fry for about 20 seconds.
Tips:
1. The yogurt is plain yogurt.
2. The flat-bottomed non-stick pan can be used without oil, which is healthier and low in calories.
3. I didn't put sugar here. I used raisins or longan meat instead of sugar. Nutrition experts say that sugar has no other nutrients except sweetness.
4. When frying, when there are small bubbles on the surface, you can turn it over. Use a small fire to avoid burning.
5. If there is no whole grain flour, you can use corn flour instead or whole wheat flour. Add some corn flour to make the cake less gluten. What I want to do is fluffy cakes.
This cake is a bit similar to Dorayaki, but it is healthier than it, low in sugar and low in calories! You might as well give it a try if you have time! Especially suitable for people who do not like yogurt to make them fall in love with this pie~~
