Healthy Black Sesame Paste

Prepare the ingredients, wash and drain the glutinous rice.

Tips:
The natural health-preserving machine cannot heat water to boiling, so you need to use boiled water or water that can be directly drunk.
If you don't have oats + barley flour, you can substitute other grain flours, or add 23 grams of black sesame seeds directly.
