Healthy Congee with Fresh Bamboo Shoots and Mushroom Rib

Prepare small ribs, fresh bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms; use boiling water to blanch the shiitake mushrooms and soak shiitake mushrooms in warm hot water to soften and cut into shreds. Fresh bamboo shoots can be cut into small pieces or strips at will.

Specially prepared a mixture of white rice, millet and brown rice, which can increase peristalsis and digestion in the intestines!

Put the three kinds of rice in the inner pot, add the rice to water ratio of 1:2.5, and put in the pork ribs and shredded shiitake mushrooms.

Tips:
You can change and use any healthy grains and rice you like. The ratio is not fixed, and you can add clams to make it fresher!
