Healthy Fried Noodles

Prepare the necessary vegetables and meat.

Wash all kinds of vegetables, cut them into pieces of the same size, and set aside the June-flavored bean paste.

Pour a little oil into the pot, then saute the garlic and add the lean meat and stir fry.

When the lean meat turns white, add a little soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and take out the lean meat for later use.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the carrot and potato diced pieces.

Add the diced mushrooms after the carrot and potato diced have softened a bit.

Add a little water to the pot to simmer the three kinds of vegetables, and then pour in the previously fried lean meat.

After the noodles are cooked, pass them in plain water, remove the noodles and pour the sauce on it.
Tips:
1. The noodles are better to use wet noodles.
2. The boiled noodles are not so sticky after being cooled with boiled water.
3. The bean paste is salty, so there is no need to add salt.
