Healthy Hot Pot

1. Prepare the meatballs, frozen tofu, enoki mushroom, lotus root, carrot and cabbage.

2. Pick and wash spinach, cabbage leaves and lettuce.

3. Put water in the pot, add green onions and ginger.

4. Add carrots and add some salt.

5. Put in the meatballs.

6. The fire boiled.

7. Add frozen tofu.

8. Add cabbage.

9. Add spinach.

10. Boil it in a pan, and it's ready to eat.

11. Soy tofu, tahini, seasoning soy sauce, vinegar.

12. Adjust into sauce.

13. Just dip it in the juice and eat it.
