Healthy Mixed Vegetables

Wash coriander, red pepper, and lettuce and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms.
3.
Cut the shiitake mushrooms into pieces and blanch in a saucepan.
4.
Remove the shiitake mushrooms and control the dry water.
5.
Cut the coriander into sections. Cut the red pepper into pieces.
6.
Break the lettuce into pieces and place them in a container.
7.
Coriander, red pepper, shiitake mushrooms and lettuce in the same container, add salt, and MSG to stir.

Add sugar and stir.

Add sesame oil and stir.
10.
Stir well and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Coriander, red pepper, and lettuce are all eaten raw. After washing, soak them in cold boiled water for a while.
2. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
