Healthy Pumpkin Puree

Prepare raw materials: pumpkin. It is recommended that you buy the whole pumpkin, which will be kept for a longer time and is relatively fresh.

Peel the pumpkin, wash and cut into thin slices.

Put the pumpkin slices in a steamer and steam them until cooked.

Take out the steamed pumpkin and let it cool slightly.

Pour the cooled pumpkin into the blender and start the blending function.

This is the pumpkin puree after stirring, which is not delicate enough, so we stir it again.

The pumpkin puree after the second stirring is very delicate.
Tips:
If you use pumpkin puree to make pasta, the state in step 6 is fine. If the requirements are relatively high, do the state in step 7.
