[healthy Soup Pot] Cabbage, Vermicelli and Tofu

Cabbage vermicelli tofu soup ingredients --- cabbage tofu.

Cut the cleaned cabbage into inch sections for later use.

Fry the scallion and ginger into the hot pot 60% of the cold oil and fry it until fragrant.

Add the chopped cabbage and stir fry.

When the cabbage is stir-fried, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Add chicken broth or water to a boil, beat in tofu slices, cover the pot and cook for about 3 minutes.

Then add the vermicelli and cook for about 2 minutes, then add the chicken essence and salt to the pot.

The cabbage vermicelli tofu soup is ready to be eaten in a bowl.
Tips:
1. Tofu is best to use brine tofu.
2. I use a knife to beat the tofu directly into the pot. Friends can cut the tofu first.
3. The vermicelli must be soaked thoroughly and cooked lightly to taste.
