Sift the flour on the surface of the fermented dough, cut 7-8 knives diagonally with a cutting knife

Put it into the preheated oven, spray with steam once, and bake for 15 minutes at 170℃ for upper heat and 200℃ for lower heat.
Tips:
1. If the oven does not have a steam function, you can ignore the steam spraying step.
2. Try to buy non-washing goji berries. If you need to clean goji berries, be sure to dry the surface of the water before adding it to the dough.
