Heart is Too Soft
1.
The pumpkin is cleaned and steamed in a pot. (Dosage can be appropriately halved according to needs)
2.
For a good taste, peel off the steamed pumpkin.
3.
Use chopsticks to stir in a circular motion to form a puree.
4.
Prepare glutinous rice flour. (You don’t need to add water when making noodles. Pumpkin puree contains enough water)
5.
Add the glutinous rice flour and stir a few times with chopsticks to avoid sticking your hands. (Pumpkin has sweetness, red dates are also very sweet, so no sugar is added. You can also add appropriate amount of sugar as you like)
6.
Harmonize into a smooth dough with moderate hardness.
7.
Divide the dough into small seasons.
8.
Wash the red dates. (I use dried dates, which are not soaked in advance, and are very soft when steamed, which does not affect the taste at all)
9.
Use a knife to cut on one side to remove the date pits. (Be careful)
10.
Rub glutinous rice noodles into small strips.
11.
Fill in the red dates.
12.
Do it in turn.
13.
Put it in a steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
14.
The finished picture, sprinkle with coconut paste after being out of the pot.
15.
The finished picture is very sweet and soft~~~
