Put the other ingredients except butter in the main ingredient into the cook machine, add 100g of soaked butterfly pea flower juice and stir.
3.
When it becomes dough, add butter and continue to stir.
4.
Stir it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap or a baking cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 50 minutes.
5.
When fermenting the dough, make coconut fillings. Mix all the materials in the auxiliary material part.
6.
Knead into 6 equal-sized coconut balls.
7.
The dough is fermented to twice its size, and the fingers can be soaked in the powder to poke the holes without shrinking.

After the fermented dough, pat to exhaust.
9.
Then cut the dough into six parts and round it.
10.

16.
Turn the bottom edge up again.

Flip it to the left and right, and arrange it into a heart shape.
19.
Make the remaining dough one by one. Then, in a humid place, the temperature is 30, and the fermentation is about 35 minutes.
20.
The oven goes up and down at 165 degrees for 35 minutes. The color on the surface immediately covers the tin foil. The blue color will be slightly lighter after baking than when it is fermented.
Tips:
1. Butterfly Pea Flower is also called Blue Butterfly, which is sold in a certain treasure.
2. When shaping and rolling, be careful not to use too much force, as it is easy to roll out the coconut paste in the dough. Press the flat bag into the coconut paste lightly, and then roll it up and down into an oval shape.
3. When cutting the middle blade, be careful not to cut to the end and leave about 1cm at the sharp corner. Be careful when turning to the left and right, and then arrange a nice heart shape.
