Heart Shaped Rose Bread

Sent to twice the size! Put it into the pre-heated oven, middle level, 150 degrees upper and lower heat, bake for about 15 minutes, ok, the color is golden and good! Then spread melted butter on the surface of the bread (except for the serving size). The temperature of the oven varies from one manufacturer to another, so please adjust it yourself.

Tips:
1. The water absorption of flour is different, please adjust appropriately in advance!
2. It's ok if you don't want to brush butter and have a layer of honey water on the surface!
3. It is best to pinch the edge of the cut rose to prevent it from falling apart during fermentation.
